Install filter forge photoshop plugin

I have FilterForge 9 and 10, I was very disappointed to find that 10 did not run as a plugin for my latest version of Photoshop 2022 (version 23.1.0) but I was told by tech support that it would run in the previous PS version 2021 (22.5.4), or as a standalone. This is my first posting, so forgive me if I am not doing it correctly.
